The postcard is not signed but was designed by Daniele Fontana, one of the most famous artists employed for propaganda purposes during the period of the Second World War.
It is in exceptional storage conditions, without stains, discoloration or other defects.
It was probably printed in the polygraphic establishments of the remainder of the Carlino in Bologna where it was printed also the poster with the same subject in 50,000copies, starting from April of 1944 when it began the work of enlistment of volunteers In the different armed forces of RSI.
